Founder's Notes: I drink my coffee with cream to enhance the structure of the experience. It softens the edges, adds body, and brings everything into alignment—the fats carry and smooth the flavor compounds, amplifying natural sweetness. Chocolate, caramel, and subtle citrus nuances come forward, more cohesive and expressive. Cream won’t ruin a great coffee—it just tells a different story.
