Products & Use

We offer specialty, roast-to-order coffee and related goods. Product descriptions, imagery, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Due to differences in screens and settings, product appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

Food & Safety

Our products are consumable goods. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring suitability for your dietary needs.

We are not liable for adverse reactions, improper storage, or misuse after delivery.

As a specialty product, coffee flavor is subjective. We do not guarantee individual taste preferences.


Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it may not be modified or canceled.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.


Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you agree to automatic billing based on your selected delivery frequency.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.


Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States.

All products are roasted to order. Please allow time for processing prior to shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. However, we will assist in good faith with any delivery issues.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products.
