Ritual House Coffee – Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Free U.S. Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimums, no codes.

Roast-to-Order Fulfillment
All coffee is California roasted fresh to order to ensure peak freshness.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for roasting and processing before shipment

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 2–5 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ritual House Coffee is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it is under their control. However:

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating it

  • If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier

  • We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
