What is Single Origin?

Single Origin is main character energy for coffee. One Specific region or farm- so instead of a blend, you're tasting the true character of where it's grown.  The soil, elevation, and climate all show up in the cup.  That's a big deal - it's more expressive, more distinct, and tells a story in every sip. "Structured".

Grown in the Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, Indonesia—an area known for its volcanic terrain and balanced cup profiles.

Tasting Notes
Baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses, with a clean, structured finish.

I drink my coffee with cream to enhance the structure of the experience. It softens the edges, adds body, and brings everything into alignment—the fats carry and smooth the flavor compounds, amplifying natural sweetness. Chocolate, caramel, and subtle citrus nuances come forward, more cohesive and expressive.

Cream won’t ruin a great coffee—it just tells a different story.
